Dear colleagues and friends,

It gives me great pleasure to invite you to the 8th Asia Spine Meeting that will be held on 9th-10th of June, 2017 in Osaka, Japan. The congress is being organized in conjunction to the 32nd Annual Meeting of the Neurospinal Society of Japan.

Asia Spine was founded in 1997 and was initially coined as “Japan-Korea Conference on Spinal Surgery” and was held as a biennial meeting. The society was renamed "Asia Spine" in 2010 so as to include many members from all the Asian countries and has since then been held as an annual congress.

The theme of the congress “Division and Integration for the Future” reflects on the various divisions of spine surgeons working together for a better future. The meeting will embrace vignettes from spine surgery, round table discussions, keynote debates on controversial topics, disease specific expert panels, focus groups on advancements in surgical techniques and diagnostic developments as well as provide glimpses into the future.

The venue is located at the center of Osaka City which provides an excellent base to explore the ancient Japanese tradition and culture as well as grants excellent access for shopping and sightseeing.

We take great pleasure in hosting this multi-disciplinary congress that focuses on the various advancements of spinal surgical techniques and researches. We hope that the programs of the congress will make your stay productive and rewarding.
